There are few more convenient locations on Cape Hatteras than the one enjoyed by this bright and comfortable home in Frisco. This dog-friendly escape is an easy stroll from the soft sands of Frisco Beach, with a waterfront piece of property that provides direct access to a channel off Pamlico Sound for kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding.

This home is ideal for those looking to get around on foot, whether you're walking to the beach down Robin Lane or heading next door to the Frisco Shopping Center and Frisco Sandwich Co. for lunch, drinks, or snacks. As you return home, you'll be greeted by such comforts and conveniences as central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a stacked washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels.

The living space is all on one level, offering an open sitting room with a 42-inch Smart TV and a kitchen with full-size appliances and plentiful cabinet storage. There's indoor seating for four at the collapsible table, as well as a lovely back patio area for picnics and al fresco meals. The village of Hatteras is also just three miles down the road if you're looking to dine out with a sunset view over the sound.

This home is a subunit of Blue Fish. One Fish can be rented separately.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

An OK place to stay
We booked this trip last minute, so our selection was limited. The pictures were a bit deceptive, making the place look a little newer than it is. We love to drive onto the beach, so we were very close to an access and the Frisco Market next door also offers free air, which was very convenient. Neighbors was also very friendly and helpful when our dog got out:)

The house is not waterfront as advertised. It was functional and worth it for a short stay or in a bind but did not feel like a vacation stay.

Awful odor
The smell of urine in this house was unbearable. The sofa was covered with stains. I couldn't stay in the house so we had to book a nearby motel.

Was very mislead. Not water front whatsoever, definitely don’t have the “whole house” to yourself as they state. Walk to the beach was 45 minutes. Fairly clean except for mold on the shower curtain. Definitely not worth the money.

Great spot
This was my first visit home for an extended visit in 20-ish years, It was a great spot. I loved having different people staying upstairs made new friends :-)… Was not on the beach, but was definitely close enough to the beach and the convenience store was right next-door To be honest since I grew up a mile down the road I felt like I had come home. I would definitely stay here again had plenty of room for Company inside and a picnic table outside That was nice to sit at for a few drinks in the evening. Since the top and bottom floor are usually rented two different people take advantage of the chance to make new friends :-)

Very Misleading
Advertisement stated “you’ll have the entire house to yourself” “water front” “8 minute walk to the beach” all of which are extremely exaggerated. was fairly clean besides the shower curtain having mold on it. Beds were good enough. Whole house shakes with upstairs neighbors movement. Feel very cheated.

Deceptive Pricing
Listed at 75 dollars a night, I know there would be some add ons, but adding 60 more dollars a night is silly. The cabinets, counters & appliances are quite old and need updating. The unit while very clean but definitely had a musty odor. The flooring was new LVT so that was nice. All told we only slept there and had breakfast since our in-laws have a house in Frisco.

Ant haven
The beds were comfy. However, our vacation was marred by our inability to walk a step without crushing an ant in the process. They were all over the place- floors, walls, counters (which were not clean when we walked in). There were also dead bugs in the cabinet beneath the sink. The house had a moldy smell. The AC filter seemed to be dirty. The beach was amazing but we will be looking for other accommodations next time unless the ant issue is dealt with.

This is a good nest for a short stay in Hatteras. Well located, everything about this unit was good for a short trip. Not overly comfortable to hang around in, but simple and easy and a good place to eat and sleep!

Good fish I fished - Two Fish for my cozy vacation
Perfect house for family of 4-5 with dog! Very comfortable full furnished kitchen with folding dining table. Walking distance to beach and sound. Hoses and shower in the entrance. We were stuck in Hurricane Debby impacting on-off rains but enjoyed our stay. House has good vibes..perfect bedrooms. Smart TV and WiFi. I happen to do my office work and calls, works well. Highly recommend this house.

This is a great location for a few days to get away, located right off highway 12 conveniently halfway between Buxton and Hatteras. This house has plenty of beach access within minutes by car so you don’t need to go to the same one twice during your stay.

Long weekend getaway
Two Fish was an exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable home away from home for me and my son. It had all the amenities that we could hope for, and the beds were VERY comfortable (which was greatly appreciated after a long day of fishing). The property's location made for an short and easy trip up to Buxton and south to the Hatteras Ferry.

One Fish, Two Fish review
We had a great time in Frisco and this property was ok. Upon entry we saw a note left from cleaning crew to please run the dryer that had a comforter. It was a condenser dryer, so we had to empty the full water tank first. Aside from that, everything was ready to use, but I wished they had left us any extra kitchen garbage bags for our week-long stay. I also don't recall the listing saying this property is the bottom floor of a two-story house. Fortunately we only had upstairs neighbors on our final night.
