About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A Creek Runs By It, Steps From Frisco Main St.

Just 2 blocks from downtown Frisco, newly refreshed 3-bedroom condo is within 12 miles of 3 world class ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Breckenridge & Keystone) and within 28 miles of two more (Vail, Arapahoe Basin). Best of all, 10-mile creek runs through the backyard of the condo making for an ultra-peaceful and relaxing location a short walk from great restaurants and a short drive (or bus) to tons of winter or summer activities.

The entire condo is decorated with an eye towards creating a beautiful, comfortable, and inviting location throughout the year.

10-mile creek runs right through the backyard of the condo making for a picturesque scene in every season.  Crack the window open and fall asleep to the natural sounds of the gently falling water.

Paid Netflix, Hulu Live,  and Curiosity Stream subscriptions on all 3 TVs.  Hulu Live provides "cable" broadcasts as well as regular Hulu streaming.

Winters of course are chock-filled with boarding, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc.
Summers are nearly perfect here also with hiking, biking, water sports, wildlife, river tubing, zipline, etc, etc. Hiking trails are found throughout the area providing lots of trails of all levels of difficulty.  The closest trailhead is just two blocks from the condo.  Bike rental is a short walk into town and biking trails are too many to name.

A 3-d walk tour is available at https://bit.ly/moose223

I've tried to think of everything a guest might need in the kltchen with coffee pots, cookware, blenders, slow cookers, utensils, wine glasses, etc.  The living room has lots of comfy pillows and blankets.  The linens and towels are not the cheap stuff you sometimes see in vacation rentals....I try to treat you like a personal guest --- which you are!  Guests can enjoy the entire place.

This is a new listing for me, but I would urge you to look at my reviews for my other condos in Jackson Hole, WY and on the FL beaches to get a sense of how I like to treat my guests.

This is a pet-free home. While we love dogs, we have a no-pet policy to maintain a clean and allergy free environment for our guests.

Great Location, But Cleanliness and Heat Were Issues
We recently stayed at this property and were thrilled with the location and layout—it truly was perfect for our needs. The home itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We found dirty silverware, dishes, and glasses in the kitchen, which required us to clean before use. Additionally, the bedspreads were not as clean as we expected, which was disappointing.Another significant issue was the heat upstairs. The boiler, which not only heats the condo but also serves to heat the water heater, is located upstairs, causing that area to become uncomfortably warm. It was challenging to regulate the temperature, making it less comfortable for those sleeping in that space. While the property and location were wonderful, addressing the cleanliness and finding a solution for the heat issue would make this place a much better experience overall.

Copper Ski Trip
Had a great stay at condo. Fantastic location to Copper and necessities in Frisco. Very well appointed and had everything we could need. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave great instructions for the condo. Condo itself is thoughtfully decorated, beds are very comfortable and the clubhouse amenities with hot tub and sauna were perfect after a day of skiing. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again (or another condo from Jessica and Michael—I suspect the setting with creek in back would be superb in the summer.

Moose 306 Review
Overall, we had a nice stay. The overall apartment is nice. The down sides were the following.1) very noisy neighbors in room 307, especially (but not limited to) New Years Eve. The walls and the ceiling are “thin” and very easy to hear conversations and people walking.2) did not really appreciate the lack of flexibility to check-out later. 3) need better snow-plow management of the parking area when it snows heavy. Many cars were having trouble getting out.

We love Cross Creek and now unit 306 is our favorite! Communication with the owners was incredible; the condo is decorated beautifully (there are stuffed animals in the bedrooms...such a fun touch!). The kitchen has everything you need. Thank you Jessica & Michaell!

Perfect comfortable home base for our ski trip!
3 adults and 2 kids stayed here for a ski trip to Copper Mountain and we would definitely come back. The beds and living room were very comfortable. The condo is nicely decorated, has all the amenities we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked. A view of the creek and close proximity to the hot tub were just icing on the cake!

Ski getaway
Accommodations were exactly as shown and described in listing. Super cozy and tons of space for our family. Little touches of coffee kcups and tote bag/water bottle were very nice and helpful. . Overall everything was great. The location was fantastic for walking to town and restaurant recommendations were much appreciated. The only suggestions we had were to add the garbage removal and fireplace directions to the checkout procedure in the instruction binder and to maybe have your cleaning staff vacuum under the living room furniture. (Especially the ottoman). Would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful mountain home in gorgeous setting!
Our family of four had a wonderful stay at “A Creek Runs By It”. We went to Frisco for a large family reunion. The home is beautifully and tastefully remodeled and decorated. The artwork on the walls is also beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living room couch was comfortable, and the dining room chairs and bar stools are padded, which we all appreciated. Linens are very nice and the washer and dryer convenient to have. The location by the creek is beautiful and it’s a relaxing sound to fall asleep to. The deck and yard off the dining room provide a nice place to relax and for the children to play. The local property manager is very fast to respond to questions via text or if you need extra supplies. BTW, the jacuzzi in the master bath is non-functional (that’s why it’s not listed as an amenity). However, there are hot tubs at the club house. The condo is just a short walk to beautiful downtown Frisco and a short drive or free bus ride to Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain. For the children, Frisco has wonderful parks, playgrounds and a sandy beach. Our family especially enjoyed Walter Byron Park, Frisco Fun Ground at Frisco Elementary (open to the public during non-school hours), and the beach and playground at Marina Park. We rented several pontoon boats which was fun. We also enjoyed gorgeous downtown Breckenridge as well as the summer activities at the ski resort. I highly recommend this property!

Cozy, comfy condo
Ideal location a short walk from the shops and restaurants of main street Frisco, in a quiet neighborhood backing up to a lovely stream. The condo is nicely appointed; the pictures are accurate. Occasional noise from upstairs neighbors. The kitchen had all of the hardware I needed to cook dinners. The hosts were very responsive to questions. We would stay here again.

A creek runs by it.
Place was cozy and well stocked. Unfortunately one of the shower heads was broken so our group of 6 had to take turns with the other bathroom. It was also fairly hot in the smaller bedroom because of it's proximity to the boiler. Besides those two things the rest of the condo was very nice. Would stay again (assuming the shower was fixed, of course).

Great spot!
Our family loved it! Super close to Frisco and a quick 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain. The condo had a ton of space and we felt immediately at home. The owners were incredibly sweet, check-in and out were easy, and there was plenty of parking. Can’t wait to come back.

Comfortable stay in the middle of Colorado resorts
The condo was a perfect size for our group. We were able to have our own spaces thanks to the three bedrooms, but were also able to relax together after a long day on the slopes in the spacious kitchen/dining/living area. The location is right around the corner from some great local restaurants, and all of the Denver destination resorts are quick and easy drives away. Our group really enjoyed our stay!

Ski vacation
Condo was as stated. Updated compared to other units in the same complex. Very impressed with the amount of kitchen items including oils, seasoning, dish soap, TP, tissues etc.... The firewood was a nice bonus. Plenty of room for our family to spread out, watch TV and hang ski jackets. Master shower/tub was huge. Beds were comfy. We made use of the included humidifier in one of the rooms. Also, nice to have a work area/desk in one of the rooms. Our daughter worked remotely from the condo one day. Very close to the western I-70 on-ramp/exit to Copper. Common Hot tub and sauna were used often Apres skiing. Parking is first come first served for spots. Would definitely stay again.
