"Rooms were extremely hot and weren’t ventilated. Internet was super slow. So many bugs in and outside the stay. As well the door handle literally came off just from trying to close it. As well when we arrived we found a towel that was covered in blood. "

Bruna and her team made everything easy logistically and were fantastically responsive to any questions I had. Extremely quiet for a good nights rest with a beautiful sunrise view of the Swiss Alps right from the bedroom.
