"Had a hard time figuring out how to adjust the temperature. It was warm in the room, but I did open the windows more which helped a great deal. Wouldn’t recommend for elderly people or anyone with difficulty climbing stairs."

"On busy road but walking distance of Woodbridge centre and room at back so noise by a problem Be aware that private bathroom does not mean en suite. "

"It was perfect for the lone female business self employed traveller and had everything I needed , fridge, microwave. These were a godsend. Only thing I would change is the height of the basin and mirror in the bathroom . I’m a average height female at 5’ 4” and the basin and mirror are set at a 6’2” male I’m sure lol apart from that all good would definitely stay again :) "

"Nice comfortable detached property with good enclosed garden perfect for the dogs. It's a little old fashioned decor style but it's fine! Good size kitchen well stocked. In a lovely area and Frinton is a quaint little town "
