"The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. "It was meant to be a studio flat There was no cooker Hot water does not last for one showers , it goes from hot to cold while showering There was no tv The property smell of dam all day everyday When i told the owner or the manager , he said it will go and he used airfreshner !!!!!! "Very clean and well-equipped apartment in the heart of the city. There were even some extras, like cream and coffee (and Prosecco for a NYE toast!) The location was really great with good access to train station and many restaurants and attractions. Claudia was very easy to communicate with. Only reason I gave a 4/5 for check in was that when our taxi dropped us off we waited for 20 minutes to be let into complex - only when another tenant arrived were we able to get through the main gate....

"It's a beautiful apartment close to the train station and many places to eat. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. Has a balcony which was nice. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. Especially because our flight was delayed and we came a day late. Would definitely stay again!"

"We came down to Naples after a family wedding in Rome and wanted to explore the area, we had a lovely week sightseeing the Naples area. The apartment was lovely, very well equipped and Giancarlo and Fiammetta were lovely host’s, helping with any queries we had. I would have no hesitation to recommend Naples and the apartment to anyone "

"Our stay started out rough. Pics/description did not accurely represent what we received. We thought we were getting a 2-story apt with 2 king size beds & 2 singles (traveling party of 6). The apartment is actually only 1 level, and we got the equivalent of 2 queens & a full size bed, & the air conditioners didnt work in 2 of the sleeping rooms making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. "Loved staying at this place. Spacious rooms except for bathroom but still bigger than most places we have stayed in Italy. Right in the centre of historical Naples and its historical sights and the bustling Spacca Napoli. However the apartment was quiet and was a great place to retreat to when it got a bit too busy outside. We also were able to great nights sleep. It is a 11 minute walk from Piazza Cavour Train Station. Pavement is cobblestone and very uneven so recommend coming with small bags...

"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by.
