"2nd visit to Fireflies, both times to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Dog walks on the New River Trail and visited a couple nearby vineyards. This made for a relaxing weekend. Like last year, the deer are entertaining to watch and they nearly come onto the back porch. "

We had my 92 year old dad with us we met Linda and Michael felt like we knew them forever they made my dad feel so special such kind and caring individuals. Thank you so much for everything! "Overall simple and clean cabin in the woods. Good communication from the host. The listing accurately depicts the cabin interior. The bed was comfortable, nice linens, and very clean. Like some others mentioned, it was a bit close to the neighbors so if you want total privacy its not the place for you. But we lucked out and the place was pretty empty. My only suggestions would be to add a picnic table (or something) on the large deck for outdoor dining (there is a table, no chairs). Also the...
