She was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across such genuine care and service. "Everything was awesome except at check out when the gal charged my hard I booked online with, without asking me if I wanted to use that card or not, which I DID NOT. I assumed that was always a question. It was absolutely upsetting to have to deal with that. "
