"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night.
