"I didn’t know what to expect as a first time traveler to Europe. Booked the room due to its low price and thought the worst due to the price but my stay was wonderful. Dear old German couple helped me navigate the night entry machine. It was clean, quiet, had charm, and intrigue.. "

"Es war einfach hervorragend: Der Empfang durch die freundliche Mitarbeiterin, das Zimmer geräumig, mit Couch, Couchtisch, Sesseln - also auch zum Entspannen und Verweilen geeignet. Toilette / Dusche gut ausgestattet und supersauber. Das Frühstück im hübschen Frühstückszimmer vielfältig und reichlich. Leider alles nur über Treppen erreichbar - für uns 80-jährige etwas anstrengend. Die Mitarbeiterin gibt gerne hilfreich Teipps für den Aufenthalt - danke!"

"Personal und Service kann ich nicht beurteilen, da alles telefonisch ablief, aber die beiden Damen die ich am Telefon hatte, waren sehr freundlich. Das Appartement Fahner Höhe, hat eine schlicht schöne Einrichtung, Komfort war gegeben, das Bad ist sehr schön, leider war das Feuchtigkeitslevel nach dem Duschen so hoch das das Wasser vom Spiegel lief! Das ist aber eine Sache der Lüftung/Abluft. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist sehr schön. "

"I didn’t realize this was more of a B&B than a hotel. I’ve never stayed in a B&B before, so my expectations were a little off. It is an older home with a small, skinny staircase to get to the rooms, and the family who owns it lives there. That said, the room was like a little apartment. It was comfortable with a sitting room separate from the bedroom. Furniture wasn’t new, but comfortable. Bathroom was nice, though the shower was a little small. "Besonders angenehm war das Bett in unserem Zimmer. Es war sehr groß und stabil und ich habe hier sehr gut geschlafen! Die Umgebung war auch sehr ruhig. Es gab zu wenig Parkplatz."

"Its a small town and the property is one of the few accomodations available. Loved it truly European experience and the staff was super helpful. Food was good too. If I wind up in the village again I would stay there. Slept like a baby"
