"Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there either. I am well traveled and stay away 4 nights a week with work and this was not good."

"The staff was absolutely wonderful! We had problems with our room and they were quick to switch us and solve our issues. This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Very convenient and safe at night. I would highly recommend. "

"Hotel staff were very attentive and went over and above to accommodate our needs. Great atmosphere, mix of business and tourist clientele. Clean and comfortable rooms - even the standard ones. Lovely breakfast buffet too! We come to stay here regularly and will definitely do so again"

"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. "Old and outdated hotel with no bar or restaurant. The room has old and uncomfortable furniture, car parking spaces are limited and although there is a large public car park close by that can also be busy as it serves a large events venue and charges a fee from 7am. The location is ok, although there is not much close by. Breakfast is good with good variety and decent selection of choices."

Lacked clear communication upon arrival.

" “The hotel was clean and good, but the issue was that when I arrived late, there was no communication to let me know where the key was placed. When I got there, the door was locked. They had left a phone number, so I had to call it to find out where the key was. This was a bit uncomfortable for me, especially when you arrive somewhere unfamiliar.”"

"While the place was clean and conveniently located to where I had to be, it lacked: 1. An elevator 2. I was asked for payment both at check in and check out, even though I had prepaid via Expedia before arriving at this hotel. 3. I was given a room in the attic, and with my height of 1.77m, it was quite challenging to take showers right under the sloped ceiling. 4. Hotel didn’t have parking so it was a chore to find an available spot where to load and unload the luggage. "
