* PET allowed with extra cleaning charge and rules acceptance .

- Please take your SHOES OFF when entering the house (we provide house sandals/flip-flops)

Entire house included garage and private back yard Except some locked inhouse closet.

Other things to note :

Dog allowed with extra fee $35 each dog and maximum are 2 dogs allowed .

for security purpose we have 2 out door cameras located at Front porch & Garage area and back yard .
