Great little place
This was a great spot for our trip to the Sequoia National Park area. It was nicely located to dining and shopping locations, and was a beautiful hour or so drive to the park.

The place was well thought out, attention to detail showed. even the small things were perfect -like the two "kisses" on the bed when we arrived. The people of Clovis also made the stay amazing! I would recommend this to others.

Very clean and comfortable unit, just minutes away from downtown Clovis. Arrival was easy and we were really pleased with the layout and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful inside, Neighborhood is decent. If we happen to travel to the Clovis area again would be happy to stay here!

Cute little “Karate Kid” Appartment
My mom and I stayed a long weekend visiting family. The apartment complex reminded us of the complex in the movie Karate Kid. However, the pool works (movie reference)! 😊 It was clean, quiet, and in a good location for our needs.

Fresno getaway…
Came to visit family in Clovis. Great location with easy access to everything. Very well kept property with loads of ground coffee! Thank you for the nice extra touches! ( coffee, creamers, breakfast muffins, Easter candy). Great place to relax after a day spent with family!

Relaxing bungalow
We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Todd has decorated all the rooms very nicely. I would totally stay here again. Todd was very easy to contact and very enjoyable to talk to. If we ever have to have something done on our house again that we have to leave for a few days I would love to stay in this little apartment again. It did have a swimming pool, but we did not use it. Maybe next time.

The perfect place!
I’m in this area a lot for work, most of the time I stay in hotels just because my schedule often switches. I went with this place because I was tired of feeling like I was living on the road. Even though my stay was short, there’s no better feeling then coming HOME. The complex was private, it was quiet, it was PERFECT. I definitely plan to stay here again if it’s available next time I’m here for work!

Attended an event at the Save Mart Center. Location provided a short drive to the event. Several food places within a short distance of the property. Did not get a chance to look around as we were in the unit less than two hours (other than when we were asleep). Instructions to get in were easy to follow. The A/C unit was on eco-mode during the night which caused it to kick on and off for short periods of time almost constantly. I think it just needed to be changed to the "cool" setting.

Excellent place to stay. Owner was so responsive to any questions we had. We used this apartment as our base for exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. Less than an hours drive to KC and a little over an hours drive to Sequoia. Perfect. A nice place to come home to after a day of hiking. My husband really enjoyed preparing our evening meals in the well stocked modern kitchen. This apartment was well thought out. Loved the bathroom shower. Comfortable bed with double closets each with suitcase racks. The pool looked very nice but we never used it. Everything so well thought out to make your stay comfortable. Even had muffins and fruit on the counter as a treat when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Quick Trip
I was in town for business for 48 hours and needed a place with a kitchen. This quaint apartment was perfect for my needs. It was surprisingly quiet even for being on a busy street. When I come back to the area I will stay there again. Only downside is parking on the street if you have a vehicle bigger than a small SUV. 😊
