Bright & Cozy Studio Best Tower District Location
This is one of the only Tower District spots that is far enough away from both trains to receive none of that noise. Plus while being under 10 min walk to all the shops and nightlife. We haven't seen any other places that beat this location for Tower District.

Parking is in the driveway as well as free street parking. The driveway is on the left side of the property and there is a gate that leads to 1 covered parking spot. Please park on the left side of the covered parking to leave room for the studio unit guests to easily access their unit. You can also fit 2 more cars in the actual driveway lined up behind each other. The driveway is very steep so please be cautious when driving up it. Street parking is highly recommended for cars close to the ground.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
By booking through this platform with us, you agree to allow a third party insurance agency to verify your identity and conduct a routine criminal background check to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. • The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.
