Girls Weekend Getaway
The property is adorable, had everything we needed and was as advertised. The location is perfect! It’s in the middle of downtown and within walking distance of restaurants, the French Lick Hotel, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Toliver Guest House was all that we could have asked for! Plenty of space for all of us to relax, walk to the resort was more than manageable, and the entire house was extremely clean. Kathy and Jim were great hosts!

My two sisters and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. House was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and had everything we needed. It was nice to have shopping and restuarants we could walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Weekend with family
This is our 2nd stay at the Tolliver House. We love the house as it is very clean and the location is close to local shops, restaurants and the casino, all within walking distance. The house is perfect for that weekend getaway with family and can be with friends as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house in French lick. The house is very clean and well represented. The house is very convenient to the French lick hotel convention center. I will happily stay again on our next trip to French lick

Great family getaway
The property was perfect for us (five adults). We walked to the casino, to local restaurants and to some of the local shops. The home is just as it appears in the photos. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

An amazing time for 4 friends enjoying a golf weekend in French Lick! This place is clean, comfortable - very close to everything including golf & the French Lick resort - walkable to town, restaurants... this was a fantastic option to enjoy all French Lick has to offer. We chose to stay here vs higher priced resort package and could not have been happier with the stay! Thanks to our hosts for a clean and comfortable stay.

Polar Express Getaway
We were in town for a couple of nights to travel to the North Pole on the Polar Express train. The home was so lovely - well decorated, clean, warm, and cozy. We loved seasonal ice cream flavors at French Licks as well! Would love to make this our “go-to” VRBO for this activity every year!

Perfect location!
This property is located within walking distance to the casino and several restaurants. It worked out great for us because we had 6 adults and 1 vehicle. The police station is very close, as well as schools. The interior has been beautifully remodeled. The host provided everything we could possibly need! Highly recommend!!
