"It might be in my best interest not to say this (as I would like unfettered access for myself) but this is a spectacular property. The house is spacious and well set up in every way. The grounds around the house are similarly well set up and beautiful in every way (plants, birds, views,…). Communication was great. I give it my highest rating…"

"Steve was very friendly and helpful got sime good info about the area. The breakfast was very tasty as much toast and local jams as you wanted. Left before breakfast but Steve left us Cereals, Yoghurt and Fruit out in the kitchen area which we have not found anywhere else so gratefully appreciated. We are using buses so used Uber to get to Trans Alpine train station. Christchurch City centre is not to far to walk and the tramways are a must if you want to know about the city and the earthquakes with rebuilding."

"Excellent location to explore the city. Very modern and comforrable. Reception manned 24 hrs so good for arriving on flight during early hours. Plenty of eateries close by and within walking distance. Close to Hop on and off vintage tram route."

"We had a lovely stay at the tiny house. The room offered dappled sunlight the whole day, perfect for reading a book and relaxing, with windows situated on all walls, allowing the sea breezes to flow through. It was a wonderfully relaxing get away for my young son and I. "
