"Location perfect. Across the street from a park. Within easy walking distance of Pierre Marquette Beach and even closer to another nice smaller beach- the Cove-where the water is a little warmer. Beach restaurant also very close. Spent a lot of time on the deck of the property. On the channel between Lakes Michigan and Muskeegon, so great place for walks. Owner met us there and was easy to communicate with."

"The forest and lake setting were wonderful away from it all...while the house still provided all the clean and comfortable amenities of being home. Sunsets and morning fog, fall volors were especially great!"

"Had a wonderful stay in peak autumn with our young kids. The cottage felt like home. I loved that the property has a beautiful view on the hill but a nice flat spot of lawn for the kids to run on at the lake. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat around the island. Quiet area, very peaceful. Clean comfortable living quarters. Thank you for sharing your cottage!"

"Location was right near the public beach and ice cream store. Let the kids play at the beach and playground. Plenty of bedrooms. Wasn’t aware that we were expected to take our garbage home with us until we got there and weren’t prepared to do that. Meijer is a couple of miles away if you need supplies. Overall, good place to stay. "

"We stayed here to fish and enjoy some downtime with my daughter and father and it was wonderful. The cottage is cozy and very well stocked with things you’d need for a stay without having to worry! It was a very quiet area and has direct access to the river, which we loved. It was great for my father who is getting older and doesn’t get around as well as he used to.
