This Provencal hacienda in the heart of the red rocks of the Esterel Massif sleeps 10/12 in a quiet setting not overlooked with panoramic views of the Esterel. It has all modern conveniences in a secured fenced residential park. There is an infinity pool with views of the Esterel (heating available), a pool house with barbecue, a dining area, a shower room and a toilet by the pool, a boules pitch, a tennis court in the residence, a 2200 m² landscaped garden, a large terrace with garden furniture (12 people), a barbecue, 4 master suites including 3 with Spa bath, hydromassage shower and toilet and 1 with shower (hydromassage shower) and toilet, 2 television areas including a 140 cm flat screen, Wi-Fi, alarm system and telemonitoring, 2 carports and a garage. It is close to Mandelieu and its beaches (10 km) and Cannes (15 km).

A True Rental

The location is simply superb. The pool is below the house and out of sight. The property is not lived in and rented out occasionally but mainly rented. It reflects this in its detail, maintainance and quality of furnishings.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We spent a lovely fortnight at this wonderful villa, very well located to visit Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco as well as lovely local towns and villages. The views from the villa are absolutely stunning, the photos do not do it justice. We never got tired of admiring it! The villa is within a gated community, so privacy and security are assured. The pool is fabulous and the terrace and outside dining area perfect for lazy al fresco lunches and evening drinks. The villa was very clean, and everything we could think of was provided. The particulars list a tennis court, however this is a communal court for the use of all the properties and does not belong to the villa exclusively. We did not find this a problem as it was usually available. Stephane and Fanny were very helpful in ensuring our stay was very comfortable.

Lækker villa i fantastiske omgivelser

Villaen har en virkelig god indretning med flere badeværelser. Udendørs området er super med flere dejlige terrasser, petanquebane ved den store terrasse og lækker infinity svømmimgpool på et andet terrasseområde. Adgang til tennisbane som deles med øvrige villaer i området. Mange gode dueller "unge vs. de modne" i forskellige spil på tennis og petanque banen. Det kræver adgang til bil, at bo i villaen. Indkøb i meget stort supermarket, som har alt, er ca. 8 km. fra villaen (Supermarkedet: Auchan Hypermarché Mandelieu La Napoule). Fantastisk natur i området og meget flot udsigt fra villaens mange terrasser.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. La maison était conforme à la description. Une petite précision concernant la piscine qui est accessible par un escalier avec 43 marches. Petite amélioration : un seul frigo semble insuffisant pour un groupe de 10 personnes. Sinon tout était parfait.

View is amazing!!! Pool was clean and well heated Poolbeds ok but no cussions Kitchen: we were missing cups , glasses and otter stuff… Airco was everywhere ok Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect Garage could not be used We had a nice time!

Sensationelle Lage in den Bergen des Esterel - absolute Ruhe! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Freundliche Betreuung und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Rangiert weit oben in der Rangliste der von uns alljährlich angemieteten Häuser am Mittelmeer!

Heaven in l'esterel

This house is fabulous. Comfortable beds plenty of room. Beautiful outdoor terrace with breathtaking views from it and the infinity pool, which is down steps to a lower terrace. We were a multigeneration family group. We all loved it. In the morning the birdsong from the forest in the hills filled the air and from the upstairs bedroom suite which was ours you can see down to the coast - magical. We loved coffee in the morning sun and eating outside on the terrace. Our 3 year old daughter loved the heated pool and kept saying she wanted to stay in France forever! The only suggestion I could make is that there would be printed instructions in English for the alarm and WiFi. But communication with Stephane the owner was prompt, courteous and helpful when we needed it. Mandelieu was approx a 10/12 minute car journey from the house. There was lots of lovely restaurants there don't skip it. To be honest staying at this house was a special experience it will set standards for future holidays. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house. Nicola ( Ireland )

Un séjour exceptionnel dans une villa magnifique avec un cadre et une vue à couper le souffle. Les équipements sont parfaits et tout ça à proximité de Cannes. Nombreuses randonnées et visites aux alentours. Je conseille sans hésitation cet hébergement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Tout est présent et rien ne manque, magnifique décoration, grandes chambres spacieuses avec climatisation, écran cinéma avec même une tonne de dvd disponible, accueil chaleureux et sympathique par Marie Pierre, vue magnifique sur le massif de l’esterel, piscine à débordement sublime avec douche et wc. Ne serait-ce que pour la vue de la terrasse & de la piscine, la villa est exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est un moment de délice. Toute la villa est conforme aux photos et au niveau de standing attendu. L'accueil et la sortie sont professionnels et efficaces et le propriétaire est à votre écoute. La région offre de multiples choix de loisirs et de destinations pour tous les âges. Bref, prestation impeccable. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Super schöne Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wunderschön in einer Klasse Lage. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß, viel Platz. Das Außengelände und der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Buchungen zuvor waren ohne Probleme und auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei geklappt, trotz Verspätung unsererseits. Der Vermieter hat auf jede Frage schnell geantwortet und auch bei weiteren Anfragen geholfen. Im Ganzen alles super und ein wunderbares Urlaubsziel.
