"+ Das Zimmer war geräumig und praktisch in seiner Aufteilung. Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche und des Zimmers akzeptabel. - Es gab eine unglaubliche Menge Lärm nach 23.00 Uhr. Vor dem Einchecken war Müll in einem Schrank (einschließlich einer Fischverpackung, die sehr schlecht roch). Der Eingang zum Hotel ist sehr leicht zu übersehen. "Positive: the room/apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our stay was short, one night and out the next day. We were within walking distance to a grocery store but most restaurants were not open for dinner in the area, which seemed odd. Negative; the listing gives the impression that this is a hotel, but it is more like an apartment building that has been a little run down. I’m not sure where ‘lakefront’ comes from but there is certainly not a lake within view at all. This was a...

"Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende schön. Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war super, die Begrüssung ebenfalls. Die Wohnung war die bisher beste eingeräumte Wohnung, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein zusätzliches Bett wurde für unseren Sohn gestellt, ohne dass wir darum bitten mussten. Für die Kinder waren viele Spielsachen bereit gestellt, um den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüsse aus Davos "

A few fixtures/fittings in bathroom need to be updated & fixed plus shelves/corners/window require additional cleaning (may be ghe flat was empty for a while). Super communication with lovely host. Would much recommend & stay here again in the future."

"I booked a short trip to see Fall Foliage the second week in November and was very pleased. The area right around the hotel is planted with ginkos and maples that have vibrant colors and the trip from Weinheim to Heidelberg on Route 3 and the local castle park are also nice for fall foliage. Tram 5 stops 100 meters away so you can visit Heidelberg or Mannheim with no parking challenges. The fitness facility is the best of any hotel -- it is actually a large training center for personal trainers completing professional certificate programs. Nice rooms too."

Holiday Inn - the niu, Square Mannheim, an IHG hotel

"Lovely hotel, overall it was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a bit from the main train station but the #6 drops you off directly in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this modern hotel to anyone. "
