The 30 square meter 1-room apartment is fully and tastefully furnished. It is light and quiet.
There is a kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower and toilet.
A double bed is available for sleeping.
For entertainment there is television with cable connection, as well as Internet via WLAN.
There is a washing machine in the basement.
From a large balcony there is a wonderful view to the south of Black Forest and Schönberg.

The closest tram stop is a 5-minute walk away. The train goes directly to Freiburg city center in 9 minutes.

The apartment is located in the now internationally known district of Vauban. The district was built with ecological considerations in mind. All houses use little energy. Vauban has no traffic.

Shops and facilities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity, as well as green clasps with playgrounds, sports fields, a nature-conserving stream, a large and well-run restaurant on the market square. After 5 min. One is on foot below the Schönberg "in nature".

The apartment is on the 4th Floor (accessible via an elevator).
It is located in a so-called passive house. This means that the room temperature is always pleasant and the used air is exchanged on its own, even when the windows are closed.

Beautiful flat in a cool sustainable neighbourhood
The flat is gorgeous, with a good selection of utensils, toiletries, laundry facilities, etc. The neighbourhood is a really cool sustainable community and the neighbours were all friendly and quiet. Andreas was an incredibly helpful and kind host. Easily my favourite stop on a long trip!

Comfortable apartment in Vauban
We stayed in Andreas' apartment a second time this summer. It is in a beautiful, quiet and safe location. The apartment is well-furnished and very comfortable. There is a nice balcony where you can enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Andreas is very responsive.

Very nice flat
I booked it for family that was visiting me in Freiburg. The neighborhood is very charming, such as the property manager. The check-in went smoothly and the flat is perfect. All the needed kitchen tools are there, the bathroom is very modern and the view is also very enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay in Freiburg/Vauban
We stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Andreas is an excellent host who responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location, with public transportation easily accessible. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was very hot in Freiburg, but there was a large fan that kept us cool. We plan to return!

Vielen Dank für die Bereitstellung der Unterkunft in einen sehr sehenswerten Stadtteil Freiburgs. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und ist für zwei Personen hervorragend ausgestattet. Zwischenstopp in Freiburg
Das Appartement war für uns ideal, um Freiburg und die nähere Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Zentrale und doch sehr ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Es hätte auch eine sehr gute ÖONV-Verbindung in die Stadt gegeben. Die Kommunikation und die Übergabe liefen perfekt.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich im Vorort Vauban in Freiburg. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im 4. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat alles was eine Ferienwohnung im Haushalt benötigt. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass es keinen Sonnenschutz (z.B. Sonnenschirm / Markise) auf dem Balkon gab. Ansonsten waren die paar Tage in Freiburg sehr angenehm.

Schöne Wohnung und super Lage
Es war bereits unser 2. Aufenthalt hier. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet (Geschirr, Salz/Pfeffer/Zucker, Kaffee, Waschmaschine, Waschmittel, Pflegemittel, Balkonmöbel) und nah an der Straßenbahn (diesmal leider nur Schienenersatzverkehr) aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Schönberg liefert reichlich positive Energie. In diesem kleinen liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement haben wir uns immer wohl gefühlt. Gut ausgestattete Küche ermöglicht das Realisieren sogar einiger Gourmet-Rezepte. Auf dem großen Balkon kann man das Frühstück genießen oder in der Ruhe den Tag ausklingen lassen. Unkompliziertes An-/Abmelden, gute Straßenbahn-Verbindung, supernetter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber – alles schätzen wir hoch, deswegen kommen wir immer wieder gerne!

Schöne Kurzreise nach Freiburg im Breisgau
Die kleine und sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Vauban übertraf unsere Vorstellungen. Der Vermieter empfing uns sehr freundlich und war bei Fragen jederzeit für uns da. Die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind so gut, dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Auch dafür hat der Vermieter eine günstige Lösung. Insgesamt: Super - danke!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Besonders netter Gastgeber! Persönliches Check-In direkt mit Tipps zum Einkaufen sowie einer Restaurantempfehlung in fußläufig erreichbarer Nähe. Gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn, um in die Innenstadt etc zu kommen. Wenn wir wieder mal in Freiburg sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.
