"Me and my family (9 in all) visited Parlay at Sunset for a week and everything was amazing! Diana provides so much good information before your stay and it was all very helpful. Check in was easy and communication with Diana and the property manager Charles was always prompt. The house is upgraded and has everything you could need. We had 9 adults but the house still felt spacious and open and never cramped. The beach is awesome and everything you could want. Sprawling powdery sand with lots of lounge chairs, tables and shade under the gazebo. The swimming area is pristine with a mix of rock and sand in various layers which made it nice for swimming and for snorkeling. We saw a few rays, lobster, fish, conch, jellyfish, squid, starfish, etc, it was magical. We also happened to be there during Homecoming so we met so many nice people in Tarpum Bay and Rock Sound. Can't wait to go back!"

"Barbara’s house is very old-time comfortable with ample big furniture, plenty of storage, big kitchen, lots of equipment, good AC, and she communicates quickly with any questions you have. Even though it is on the main road, it is set back and quiet. The beach is a bit away, and the view from the house is basically water, but it is very private. If I were to suggest any improvements it would be to brighten up the place with some color, and update where needed. Also, some written directions about the house and area would be good. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay for two couples or a family."

"We recently stayed here with our two children over spring break. The property was absolutely beautiful! It’s difficult to put into words how tranquil this home truly is. The kids weren’t ever bored and hand plenty of activities to do both on and off the property. We absolutely recommend this if you a in need of a peaceful/beautiful getaway."

"Our 4 night stay was okay but could have been much better with a bit more attention to both the house itself and to the communication.Upon arrival, the power was out. We’re familiar with power outages on island but without WiFi and sketchy cell service in the area, we had to drive 20 minutes down the road to inquire about the outage. We learned from the host- we never did get a response from the property manager- that there was a scheduled power outage that day and power would be back on in a few hours. Would have been good to know this before we arrived.The dishwasher was not working, there was a sign posted for this. The temp in the refrigerator was only ‘freezing’. The was broken as well and we couldn’t adjust it. Learned that overnight when we found frozen milk, fruit, juice, etc the next morning. We started our first day by throwing out about 30 worth of frozen food that should not have been frozen.On the bedroom windows, there are no curtains, only shears, providing no room darkening/ privacy, especially from the vehicle lights on the main highway.There were very limited bath towels and washcloths,which we could have resolved but there was no laundry soap.The AC worked well, the house was spacious and the view was as pictured . This house is right on the main road so traffic could be noisy at times.A few more bath towels, a better working fridge and a bit more communication would have made this a better stay.For the price, there should have been more value."

"My family and I had a wonderful vacation while staying at Palm Hill. The beach in front of the house is pristine, private and all around just stunning. Cotton Bay itself offers a unique opportunity to experience Eleuthera, from the access to the huge private beach, the lagoon in the back, easy snorkeling grounds and quite nature. Highly recommend. "
