"This was a good place to stay near UC Davis. The train noise did not bother us. Parking was easy. My only complaint would be the room we were in had broken blinds on the balcony door, missing many slats that let light pour into the room. I had to hang up a towel to act as a curtain. The rug felt less than clean and there was some moldiness in the shower. BUT - the beds and linens were clean and so was the room overall. We would stay again."

"We have stayed here a few times, but this was the first it felt unsafe. Many people hanging outside the rooms. First room was not clean and had critters all around. 2nd room was much cleaner but had TP in some weird areas like a hole hadn't been fixed right."

"This mansion is gorgeous, quiet, well maintained. Our room is extremely spacious. The only issue is the air conditioning. It is not very cool in the hot summer and the vents do not bring in enough air as they are old. There is a moveable a/c unit which is very helpful."
