Single-family home in Surfside Beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom sleeps 3. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating on both decks, charcoal grill, and comfortable, cozy living space to enjoy after a long day at the beach. This is a single family home with no shared spaces; you have the entire home to yourself.
Whole house water filtration system.
High speed Internet included to work while vacationing.
Camera in the carport area for added security.
This property is located on the Beach Side of Bluewater Highway 1.7 miles from the Surfside Bridge and only steps away from the water. You do not have to cross Bluewater Highway to access the beach. There are two large decks with unobstructed views of the gulf and the bay. The upper decks are accessible from both bedrooms.

This home sleeps a maximum of 6 people with a max of 4 adult-sized people. No day guests, parties, gatherings or events.

Perfect, Quiet Beach Trip
We had the best time staying here! The house is super cute and comfortable. Melanie was so easy to work with and even gave some great recommendations for us to go check out while we were there. I liked that it was just a short walk to the beach and we didn't have to cross any busy streets. We would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best vacation accommodations I have ever found. The house is perfect for a family. The property owner is friendly and helpful. She contacted me several times to see if we needed anything. It was nice being able to walk to the beach. I definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

The BEST of Surfside!
Cannot say enough about how great this property is! By far the cleanest rental we have stayed in, hands down... and we have stayed in many. The owner is fantastic, and eager to make sure you have everything you need for a great stay. Just perfect for our family of four! A quick walk to the water, and you cant beat the view on both sides. I was hesitant about being so close to the highway, but you cant hear any traffic once in the house. We ate breakfast and dinner on the lower deck multiple times. Both instacart and Waitr will deliver here too if you dont want to go shop or out to eat. We will absolutely book here again!

Everything you need for a small family!
Our stay at the Tipsy Flamingo far surpassed our expectations! The location is perfect in that you are able to view both sunrise and sunset, and the private beach access is a HUGE added feature! The house comes with everything you need, and great TV options for rainy days or when the kiddos need a break :) We were provided shower amenities, outdoor storage for all the beach things, it was amazing to have that level of attention for us. This was our first family vacation, and we couldn't have found a more perfect place. It is located right next to the road; however, we did not find this to be a problem whatsoever. We were there for Labor Day, so the weekend beach days were BUSY, claim your spot at the beach early :) Amazing place, amazing vacation, perfect for a small family! 10/10! Other helpful information: · The apartment is very cozy and looks brand new · Less than a min walk to the beach · Outdoor furniture for meals or just chilling · Be aware of mosquitoes · View on the ocean from the deck
