This beach house is the perfect blend of laid-back comfort and high-end style. Kick off your sandals and come home to a gorgeous, thoughtfully designed space for 10, featuring a marble soaking tub and a sunny, chef-ready kitchen.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Gulf views greet you on the sweeping 300 sq. ft. balcony. Sink into comfortable wicker furniture with a cold beverage in the sea-salt breeze. The extended concrete slab below the house is perfect for entertaining—the grill/smoker combo is ready and waiting.

COASTAL CHIC

Here in Surfside, you get the best of both worlds: a laid-back beach town and a luxe beach house to come back to after a day of exploring. This newer build has everything you need to feel right at home!

Preparing a group dinner is a breeze in the roomy kitchen with stainless appliances. Pull up a seat to chat with the chef at the granite island. With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water (this is important in Surfside because the water has a high mineral concentration, which can affect the taste).

The open-concept living room beckons just beyond with a gray sectional couch and a big smart TV. Choose from Netflix or Amazon Prime for a relaxing movie night.

3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS

Each of the three bedrooms has its own flat screen TV!

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed that is low-profile for easy access, and an attached bath with a shower detailed in luminous marble. This bathroom is also accessible to the living and dining area.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed + a twin-over-twin bunk set (sleeps 4). The other has a queen bed + a twin trundle daybed (sleeps 4).

Your Surfside Beach stay will be seamless: A full laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower add to the amenities. Beach gear galore lets you make the most of our excellent Gulf-side location!

ABOUT SURFSIDE BEACH

Surfside Beach is a low-key waterside community on the Gulf of Mexico where everyone is welcome to relax and explore. Start your day with a restorative walk down the sand, and visit one of many nearby restaurants for fresh seafood or a delicious cocktail.

Second time we’ve been to surfside and stayed in this house. Great location, about a 2 minute walk to the beach, less if you don’t have a bunch of gear. Owners are super responsive. Great community, we’ll definitely go back.

Wonderful as always!
This was a repeat stay for us and it was wonderful as always! We rented the golf cart again which is so handy to haul things back and forth to the beach. The house is very comfortable and the communication with the owners is prompt. We love coming to Surfside - it's so relaxing. The beach is our happy place! Thanks again to the Britt's for a wonderful week at the beach!

EXCELLENT STAY
The stay was excellent. Owners were always quick to respond with any questions and even checked in on us after first night stay. The condo had everything we needed plus more. Makes the next trip much easier for me, with less packing. Walking distance to the beach and we rented the golfcart. It helped with the canopy, chairs, toys. Definitely will stay again!

We had a great time for Jeep weekend! Only minor issue was the hot water, owners offered to semd handy man, but we were at the beach and didn’t get back until late. All the boys were happy to shower outside!

The house was great. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the beds are a little outdated and are somewhat stiff compared to my home bed. This may be subjective but just my 2 cents. Overall, the stay was great and super convenient considering it is EV friendly.

Clean, cozy lil spot with TONS of soft blankets!
Short little beach trip to Surfside. Our whole family enjoyed the house, pretty baby friendly had my 10month old with us. Loved that there was a gate to keep him safe on the top deck. We went during the month of April - PREPARE FOR MOSQUITOES! We were not, and the house was our cozy get away from the Monster bugs lol. We also loved all the extra throw blankets stored all around the house! Everything was in working order except one of the bed frames were broken- but it did not effect our stay as it was not a full house for us.

Owners went above and beyond our expectations!
The property was just as presented in the advertisement. What really set it apart from other location we have rented was the efforts of the owners. We had an issue (noise) with a neighboring property. When I shared the situation with the owners, they contacted the owner of the neighboring property and got the situation fixed in less than 24 hours.

House needs to be exterminated. A roach in bathroom & kitchen which kind of grossed us out. No top sheet on one of the beds. Gate on balcony wouldn’t latch properly & golf cart seatbelts wouldn’t stay latched. A bit overpriced since view of beach was minimal along with the other issues noted above however overall experience was ok

Great beach house!
My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at Beach House 2 and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Everything was meticulous and well planned. Truly the owners have covered every detail. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the beach is amazing! So clean and well maintained! We loved walking for hours with our dogs. Evren though we went in January, the weather was pretty great! The fence around the yard was GREAT for the pups! We’ve never felt safer while on vacation! While this time of year, there were not many businesses open, it was easy to get groceries and meals out in both Galveston and Lake Jackson. I highly recommend the Britt family and any of their properties. They have left no stone unturned!!! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!!

Everything was perfect
The home was beautifu, clean and comfortable. The host was very professional and accommodating. The golf cart really made getting around easier once we figured out the beach access points. Surfside is a sleepy little community. The house is a great location about a 90 second walk from the beach. Owners are very helpful.
