Great Vacation Rental!
Family spring break trip. Kids first time to the ocean. Able to see the ocean from the property and walk to it in a couple minutes. Wonderful first visit to the area!

Short walk to beach
Overall our stay here was good. It’s only like a minute walk to the beach, there are a ton of stickers so try to stay out of the grass…and wear shoes!! The only downside to our trip was when my daughter stepped on a rusty screw in the backyard, it went through her shoe. The fence must of got blown down by the recent storm and it was a small piece of wood with a screw that got overlooked. It really was so small that it would have been missed by most people…unless you’re the one that stepped on it. Other than that we had a good time and would stay again.

First time to Surfside Beach
We felt very comfortable in Sea It All. Plenty of room and well thought out amenities. Great view from crows nest. The area was nice but it was not in season so very quiet. The beach was beautiful and great to walk.

Lovely Little Beach House
Sea It All is a lovely little beach house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and was well stocked. It was nice having our own bathroom. Loved the location...one row back so quiet, but we could see and hear the ocean from the balcony and it was a quick walk to the beach. Perfect. There were a few issues. The refrigerator had trouble cooling, probably because the seal is broken. Also, the door was very difficult to open, close, and lock. But we made the best of these things and had a great time! We will definitely be back.

Cozy and welcoming!
We loved the well stocked house, the chairs outside and we had more than enough space. We had access to the top of the deck which was a treat because we had an amazing view day and night. Def a cool place to stay at.

Weekend Family Stay
Pros: The home served it's purpose. We loved the view and the location. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook meals for a large family. And the home was very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Cons: The queen bed is horribly uncomfortable. I believe the box spring is busted because it sinks in the middle. The bunk beds are very unstable. They should be bolted to the wall for safety. The picnic table and fenced in section, pictured on vrbo, do not exist. The giant Connect 4 noted as an amenity also does not exist. Check-in and out was smooth. The owner's requests for check-out were reasonable. When asked where I could find the giant Connect 4 game, I was directed to check the closet and garage(there's not a garage). Never found it.

House needs updated and repairs made
Extra blankets in master closet were soaked. Second bedroom door wouldn’t even close all the way and it was a sliding door so there was an actual gap where people could see in. Rust or something gross on wall right outside shower. Toilet takes 5 minutes or more to fill up before you can flush it again.

Very clean, pictures don’t do the cleanliness justice. Beds were on the soft side and top bunk was a little unstable so our 13 year slept on the couch but she said the couch was comfortable. Nice view of the beach given there was a house

Nice spot
Started out iffy bc I’d asked a couple of questions in advance to pack accordingly and got no answer, then the entry code didn’t work upon arrival. But prop mgmt team was prompt to come onsite and let us in. Home could use a little tlc but is well stocked and the layout works great. And you cannot beat the location, just one row off beachfront. Beds are comfy and AC works really well.

Surfside Beach stay
Overall we enjoyed the property. Check in was a little rocky. The code for the door that was sent to me was wrong and then i couldn't get a hold of anyone right away. One of the bedrooms doesn't have ac/ heat and the plug in standing fan for that room didn't work. The view was awesome and we really did enjoy the stay.

Great beach view!
We loved the location. Stunning sunrises! Ample bedding & towels, and kitchen appliances & dishware. Decent mattresses. It was clean except for the floors. They could have used a good scrub. Bathroom fan didn't work. The decks were a bit run down and beach chairs were broken. But overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Texas Coast Spring Break
Our family was excited to finally visit and explore the coast of Texas. We decided to visit Surfside, TX! This rental served all our needs. The walk from the rental to the quiet private beach area was less than 3min. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We were a 1hr drive from Galveston which was fun to visit during the week and plan fun activities to do as a family. We took advantage of the beach at the rental daily even if the weather didn’t warrant it. The approach to Surfside was disappointing. All these chemical plants just before you cross the bridge. We were disappointed by the drive in but once we settled in we forgot it was even there. People are friendly and visiting the Two Earth Chics shop is a must! Fun art work on display and items to shop! We’ll be back Surfside!

Great but afew glitches
We love the location, but there were a few issues. First, when we arrived the code did not work and when we finally got somebody on, the phone, literally said that they expected the code to work and go to a different lockbox. On the main deck, there was a turnover bucket of cigarette butt and ashes that we ended up cleaning up because the smell was terrible, one of the two benches that were in front of picnic table was rotted out and useless, exposed in the outdoor shower we ended up, pounding it down, tried to reach the property manager about the seal on the refrigerator sticking out never got a call back so we used to pay to keep it down so it would not get worse, Appreciate it all the kitchen utensils, but I can help her is kind of essential. Might want to get one. Instructions for an impending hurricane and will give it two sets that were different from two different people. We also appreciated all the beach items that we could use, but we’re just all thrown into a corner, including many chairs that were rusted out , we picked up that area and put it in the fenced part so the hurricane will not blow it away.

Overall the place was great. One thing I might suggest is that the 3rd bedroom with the queen bed have some black out curtains put in. During the day it was extremely hot in the room even with the ac and ceiling fan going.

Saw it all at Sea it All
Excellent condition especially since hurricane came thru 4 weeks prior to our stay. Host went to great effort to have property ready for our stay and did a valiant effort!!! We could not have been happier with the stay. Even liked the fact that beach was not crowded due to other homes having damage not fixed yet
