Excellent Accommodations. Everyone loved the house and the beach.
The entire family loved the stay. The house is extremely well furnished and very spacious. Great quiet location with the beach right out back. We had one issue with one electric outlet and the owner and manager were extremely quick to resolve the issue. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiul ocean front home. Could not have asked for anything better! We were all so very relaxed and enjoyed every minute we had there. The sun rise and night sky were breath taking.

Best beach house in the area
We had the most amazing stay at this beach house. The cleanliness was amazing, the house itself it’s so beautiful. It rained a little bit while we were there so we stayed inside and played the board games along with a digital game system they had there. It’s a very quiet area as well. The host went above and beyond to make our stay the best and this is our new rental we are using every time we go!

Perfect getaway
I searched for a few hours from Corpus to Crystal Beach for the best spot for my family with ages of 1.5 to 48. I finally found it with this home and the listing was as accurate as it can be! It was just perfect! Home, location, experience…perfect. Communication with home management, when needed, was prompt. I highly recommend.

Retirement Celebration
We rented this home to commemorate my mothers retirement. It was the perfect home, beautiful inside and out. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. This house is truly stunning and was just as pictured. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate this very special occassion. Just a tip for those who want to rent this property: bring your own beach chairs as that was the only thing missing.

Beautiful home & view!
We spent a wonderful week at this amazing home with family to celebrate a special birthday. The home has everything that you need to enjoy time at the beach - which is right outside your door! The house is clean and well-appointed with lots of extras you don't typically find in a rental. A big surprise was the computer game table that got lots of use by all of us. Whether playing Solitaire, Backgammon, Sorry, or Yahtzee, there was a lot of fun. The owners have also supplied everything needed for the beach: chairs, a wagon, toys, and best of all, a canopy cover! The owners also respond immediately if you have any questions. This was refreshing!You absolutely can't go wrong in renting this home. It deserves more than 5 stars!

Right on the beach! Beautiful home
Lovely home right on the beach. Issue with AC was fixed immediately in the middle of the night no less. So many luxuries abound from the gaming board to the smart toilet, bottle water faucet and bidet and the incredible double balconies and comfortable patio furniture. Some building noise going on throughout the day as there are new homes going up. But it didn’t bother us. Bring dish soap and facial tissues and your own plastic cups (we didn’t want the kids using the glass) as these were not provided. Otherwise absolute perfection and highly recommend

Heaven doesn't cut it...
Where to start? This place has given our family memories that we shall never forget. The house has been a perfect setting for our week reunion. Every aspect has been carefully thought out - from the extra beach towels to the electronic games table for all to enjoy. The deck has been our second hub, plied with furniture and amenities aplenty. We simply cannot say enough things about this rental. You will not be disappointed. With regards to the communication, again, absolutely phenomenal experience. It's a sure-cert that our family will be back here again and again. Thank you!

Overall thoughts
This was an amazing location and an amazing house. Have no problem with any of that at all. Only issue I would feel I had was the clean up fee. Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. I know not all tenants are the same - but when we left all that was needed for next stay was to sweep floors, turn on dishwasher and remake beds. Not a lot of prep/work compared to clean up fee. That would be the ONLY reason I would think twice about renting again.

Best Teen Birthday Surprise!
Our granddaughter wanted to go to the beach for her 14th birthday, so we surprised her with this trip, she had n idea. I new about this house, but did not realize it was available for rental until I found it on VRBO. It is everything you would expect in a beach house. It's right on the water, it really is, the decks are wonderful, perfect for morning coffee & afternoon cocktails. The house itself was impeccable, there was nothing that you could need that wasn't already there. Fred & Becca were amazing to work with. They even had a birthday cake & balloons at the house! As an added bonus, it was also Mardi Gras! Our granddaughter had so much fun! We love the house & can't wait to come back for a longer stay. Thank you Fred & Becca for making this a really special birthday!

A Hidden Gem
The property is amazing. It has great views and very updated. The Manager was very communicative. We are hoping to book again next year. Just an FYI. This beach allows cars to park on it. So on Saturday you need to claim your beach spot early. By 9am, people were already driving and setting up camp right in front of the house. Other than that it was great. The only complaint is the sewage tank was leaking and we are told it was being repaired. We were unable to park underneath the house which made loading and unloading extra difficult each day. They placed a small fence to stop you from parking underneath. That was a huge inconvenience but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Otherwise, I highly recommend the house.

No mosquito walkover!
Amazing. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Modern technology and kitchen appliances. Furnished with beach towels and chairs. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Our favorite was the proximity to the beach. You don't have to drag all of your beach gear over a long walkway that is loaded with mosquitoes! We would absolutely stay here again.

The Hip-Nautic Beach Life
Our stay at Hip-Nautic was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean, up to date, in excellent condition, as advertised, and had everything one would need for a family weekend. The local host was very quick to reply to any needs we had and did check in on us to make sure all was well. We made use of the beach chairs and sand toys. Our 3 year old grandson loved the toys in the house and the video game table. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house to all our family and friends.

We absolutely loved staying in this house on the beach! The view was amazing! We had a minor snag when checking in, but was swiftly rectified by the owner.I would highly recommend a stay at this place! The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room and privacy!
