"I was notified by the taxi driver that the area was unsafe. Upon entering the neighborhood we asked two patrol officers for directions and they stated that the area was “hot” and that I could be robbed and/or murdered just for walking in the streets. I took their advise and found another hotel in a safer area. I enjoyed my time in Trinidad and Tobago. "

"The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. "

There is no air conditioning in the living room area, this added amenity would have made the stay much better for family time instead of each of us having to revert to the coolness of our respective bedrooms. My wife and i slept on the sofa the 6 nights we were there.called for maintenance.no one came...the last 3 days, the water was turned off.No running water!!!. "
