Backyard Oasis with kids play area, outdoor kitchen, 12 x 16 Pergola and fire pit area. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. All new luxurious linens and towels. Smart TV in each bedroom with streaming and local channels. Free high speed internet. Electric fireplace in living room. Dining room table opens up to seat 10. Updated kitchen with modern appliances. New floors throughout home. DVR with large video library. Full stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee machine, coffee, hot chocolate and tea is provided, counter soft nugget Ice machine. Portable playpen/bed and child highchair available. Large enough parking area to park an RV for additional family/ friends There is an RV dump on the property.. Great Location, Great House
There was great communication with the Propertt Manager. The house was perfect for a family and in a great location to visit Zion, North Rim Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Bryce Canyon and more.

Great home base for adventures around Kanab!
We stayed here with 9 people, including 4 children. It was the perfect sized house for us, with space for everyone and it didn't feel cramped. The kitchen in particular is excellent. I love vacation rentals that feel like a home, and this one definitely did.

Great alternative to staying in Kanab!
Less than 10 minutes south of Kanab, this rental is located in a quiet Fredonia neighborhood. The Sage House is a great base location for exploring the region. We were totally comfortable and at home in this great rental. Dan is a great host and quickly took care of a couple minor things we needed. Also, this place is totally pet friendly--with a nice clean bed and dog bowls waiting for our dogs. We'll be staying at the Sage House again.

Amazing Stay
We were up here visiting my daughter at Jacob Lake. We found the Sage House and it was perfect for our family. They thought of everything, from a pack and play, high chair and dog treats (which we didn't have, but a nice thought). I made some suggestions for things for the littles, and while we were out, Bailie brought the items. My grandson was so excited to see the stool. Dan and Bailie were super responsive and the house is gorgeous. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in or near Fredonia. Thank you for the great experience.
