Wine trail Italian style Villa!!! Close to everything!

This little jewel is a mile from downtown Fredericksburg perched on the hill side. It was built in 2005 and gives you the feeling of Italy at its best.. Built in San Micheal style which ironically seems a perfect fit for the wine trail.. This home is so comfortable 2 nights might not be enough.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master is on the main floor and 2 guest rooms are upstairs. It sleeps 8 very comfortable however we have added 2 more twins in the hall upstairs if you decided you need it to sleep 10. Enjoy our Texas / Italian style design throughout. Wake up and have coffee on the veranda overlooking the hill country or snuggle up to a fire in the living room. Close enough to town you can be there in 3 minutes but far enough away to see all the stars. Call and get a private wine tour and they will pick you up from the house. Please note we do not charge per person it's a flat fee however we only hold 10. I should also note there are stairs so if your guest are elderly make sure they can walk upstairs or uphill as the back door leads straight to the main floor.

Peaceful getaway
The house was very unique. Tucked away in a neighborhood just minutes from town. Would definitely rent again if the house was available. The deck was perfect nights by the fire. My wife and I enjoyed drinking coffee each morning from the balcony. Just a nice relaxing getaway.

Spring Break Stay
Wonderful house for my family of 6 and dog. Lots of areas inside and outside to gather together or find a private place to read. I especially loved the outside patio and the balcony off the kitchen. The only negative for me was the proximity of a large electric station and cell tower.

Less than 10 minutes to town
We stayed at Ramona’s property for my birthday. We had 9 people. There was plenty of room, the property was clean, and we loved how unique it was. The outdoor patio was a really neat hang out spot. The property was also less than 10 minutes from town which was a huge plus for us! Ramona was excellent at communicating and answering all of my many questions. Thank you Ramona!

Wonderful sisters visit

We booked this house for my cousin’s bachelorette party! The house has so much character and charm. We loved the big open living room and the porch was awesome. Great for drinking wine, chatting and games with all 9 of us. The beds were very comfortable also. There are technically 5 twin and 2 king beds so we all had a spot. One twin is in the hall at the top of the stairs. Only downfall was that it’s not within walking distance of town so we had to drive every time we went out. Fortunately it’s only 7 minutes from the main strip of town! Would totally come back! The house is adorable and does have a villa feel to it!

My wife, our friend and our dog and I had a great relaxing NewYears weekend in Fredericksburg. The house is maybe a mile from Main Street and very convenient. The house does have a lot of stairs so be aware if anyone has mobility concerns. Pleasant home, well furnished and they even had coffee and filters in the pantry. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the dog loved seeing the deer on her walks.

Property is ok, but needs some TLC. Decks are great and there are plenty of beds for a large group to stay. Read the description closely—we weren’t prepared for a full concrete staircase immediately upon opening the front door, and had to replan how we were bringing items into the house.
