The Tempranillo Suite is located in a wonderful traditional Hill Country stone building facing the beautiful Rocky Hill courtyard, shared with the other four suites in this grouping. Situated just six miles from the center of Fredericksburg, and along the Highway 290 Wine Trail, this is the perfect place to stay if you want a relaxed, wine-focused getaway!

With a high tin ceilings, rockers and two queen-size beds, this suite has everything you need for the perfect getaway. It’s ideal for up to four people, making it a great spot for a girls' weekend or a retreat with a few loved ones. For a small nightly fee, you can bring a dog.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there's a coffee maker provided.

This suite is located in the same stone building as the Cabernet Sauvignon Suite and Malbec Suite. Please contact Vacasa if you would like to rent additional suites at this same property (or reserve the entire five-suite Historic Rocky Cottage property) to accommodate a larger group!

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
