With an ideal living room to sit and chat with friends in front of a cozy ambiance fireplace while enjoying a glass of local wine, you'll find the full kitchen ideal for entertaining! Just a short walk to Main street! Our professional cleaning staff uses EPA approved cleaning products before each stay. Reserve now for your future visit to the 'Burg!

The Space:
Fabulous farmhouse modern with a prefect location plus a private hot tub that welcomes a group of 6. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

- Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom: 2 sets of trundles (4 single beds) - total of 6 beds
- Full kitchen with Keurig and dishwasher
- 1 TV in the living room with Roku

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE 1/3/2025: Gillespie County has issued a burn ban due to severe fire hazards and red flag warnings in the Hill Country. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Everything was east. The communication was quick and clear. The house was clean as was the rest of the property. It’s a short walk (and even shorter drive) to Main St. The house is in a residential neighborhood so nights were quiet.

My friends and I rented this home out for a weekend and loved its close proximity to everything in Fredericksburg. The host was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay which made the weekend stress free and allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves. I would 100% stay here again!

Plenty of room
Good location and plenty of room and very clean. Just the bare necessities are provided. If you plan to cook, plan on providing everything. Towels are a little worn and the queen mattress has a hump in the middle, making it impossible for two to sleep in it. Half-bath drain cover is missing and the sliding door for the back bathroom was broken. We managed to get it back on its track. Some throws in the living area would have been appreciated as well as some information about local restaurants or wineries. Nice neighborhood and the outdoor fireplace was nice.

Property was good size for 4 adults. It has a washer and dryer even though the listing said it did not. Easy walk to The Old German Bakery. Definitely go there for pastries or breakfast.

Awesome location with style
This house is right off Main Street so it’s very close to everything. You could even walk. The house is decorated super cute modern. The beds were very uncomfortable. None of us slept well. If they could remedy this, it would make this place perfect.

The house was nice and clean. Great location. The 3 rd is an add on so the heat didn’t quite reach that room so some of us were freezing 🥶and the others, 😓 sweating. The WiFi had a few issues. The hot tub was great!and the fireplace outside was very cozy! Over all , just a nice little place to enjoy the weekend.

Birthday Fun for the whole family
My thirteen year old requested a trip to Fredericksburg for her birthday and we found the perfect spot! we loved this comfy and beautiful home and enjoyed every bit of it. We spotted dear out side both evenings! Very close to main street and although we had some rain and colder weather we still managed to enjoy the hot tub too! Great stay overall. Thank you!
