Was the perfect little getaway! The views were stunning and aloud for great rest and relaxation, with quick easy access to town, with a lot of activities and wineries to visit! Could not have asked for a better weekend

Awesome Place to Stay
My wife and I took our kids and grandchildren here for a Christmas vacation and the place was awesome. Met the owner and he was very nice and enjoyed talking with him. I highly recommend this place for family or a group of friends to go and have a great time.

Bachelorette Trip!
We had the BEST time! The animals were probably the best part of the whole trip, honestly. The house was super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. My sister is the bride-to-be and we made all the best memories thanks to Fredericksburg and this lovely home!

Scenic Getaway
It’s the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My kids absolutely loved the animals. Very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The home is more equipped than any other vacation rental we have been to. Complete with tea and coffee. The host was easy to reach and prompt to help. The home is CLEAN, comfortable and roomy with beautiful views.

Peaceful Retreat
We booked this beautiful home at the last minute after our father passed away and we were in town for his memorial. It was the perfect spot for healing and time together. The home had everything we needed for a restful stay. The beds were comfortable and the views were incredible. The kids loved seeing the llama and donkeys come to greet us each day.

Best Place I Have Stayed!
We stayed here over Thanksgiving & it was the perfect house for our family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving feast and the common areas were big enough to hold all of us. The outdoor area was great, our nephews had so much fun with the animals, and it was the perfect distance from town where you get the views but are only a short drive to all of the stuff you want to do. The only complaint would be water pressure/not having much hot water but other than that I cannot recommend this place enough!

Quick get away
We had 5 couples that stayed at the house. We loved the house it was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need and then some. The animals coming to visit in the mornings. They for sure know the sounds of the treat bag. LOL Communication with host was great and very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend the house to large group.

The Farmhouse was everything that we expected and more.

We had to the most glorious time at the Farmhouse. The house is one of the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in, everything you could desire in the kitchen. The home is absolutely fabulous as are all the wonderful animals that come to visit!

The property and host was great! Was the perfect house to play games and enjoy hanging out together. Highly recommend! The host gave great tips for helping to locate a bus to pick up a big group to go to our wine tasting tour. She also recommended a local bar not far from the house that had a great atmosphere.

The view was amazing and the living space was perfect! We had 4 couples staying for a 40th birthday weekend. It was perfect, everyone had their own space and we were able to hang out and enjoy our time together without being on top of each other. The owners are very nice. The property was clean and it’s just far enough away from town to be relaxing. It was THE BEST weeekend away!!

Hidden hill country
We took a mom’s and kids getaway here in January and had a blast. The house has everything you could need, and more. The huge fire pit and hot tub out back were so much fun. The best part hands down are the cute animals! The kids loved them so much and didn’t want to go home! We also walked the huge property and were in love with the views, so gorgeous! We will definitely be back for another mom’s getaway! P.S. the house is about 20 min from and gas station so make sure you have what you need.. you won’t want to leave once you get out there!

Fantastic pre Christmas week
We had the best time in the week 12.18 thru 12.25 before Christmas visiting from Massachusetts. GIANNA was absolutely born to host.. Everything from clear concise communication to making recommendations on food anf activities..she even decorated a Christmas tree for us!! You can fill out all ur check ✔️ with this rental in terms of comfortable beds..good spacing..and a friendly Llama and 2 donkeys. That by itself sets this place apart. Highly recommended...

Girls Getaway
We booked this home away from town for our girls getaway and were beyond pleased with our stay. The drive up to the house was beautiful! As we arrived to the house we were greeted by Lorenzo and his crew, what a pleasant surprise. All the animals were a bonus and were the highlight of our trip! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. The hot tub and fire area is where we spent most of our time taking in the beautiful scenery. Book it! You will be glad you did. Thank You for sharing this home with us! We will definitely be back :)

Perfect location, perfect house!
Thank you for giving us an incredible home base for exploring Texas Hill Country! We loved all the spaces for gathering, inside and out. Renting both the "main house" and the Casita for my parents gave them plenty of privacy, which was wonderful. We adored petting and feeding Espresso, Latte, Lorenzo, and even Miss Cookie the cow! For the bird watchers among us, it was a thrill to watch a crested cara cara fly right over the house as we sat on the comfy couch on the patio! We enjoyed the hot tub nearly every night, and felt cozy and safe inside the one stormy night. The stargazing was spectacular, and the eclipse! Watching the April 8 total solar eclipse from the hill behind the house gave us nearly 360 degree views of that amazing, breathtaking event. Thank you, Gianna, for being so responsive and thoughtful before and throughout our stay! It was very hard to leave your lovely home and those spectacular views. We hope to return someday soon!
