Nandina Suite A is a charming cottage with a private courtyard and hot tub.

The Nandina cottage is a comfortable mini-home, simply perfect as a base while in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The Nandina offers an open floor plan with a king size bed, comfortable den, full kitchen, dining area, laundry room with washer-dryer (for long term stays), enclosed air conditioned sun room with a full sized futon for 1 or 2 extra friends, and best of all your own cedar-stay fenced courtyard with private hot tub, BBQ grill (charcoal), chimenea, and outdoor seating! You will enjoy all the comforts of home, and then some! Guests enjoy a wall-mounted 42″ plasma TV with ROKU streaming, and a lovely bath with a Tuscan-style tile shower. There is also seating on the front porch to enjoy the lovely landscaping.

The Willows is a unique property where each house can be rented individually or as a whole to hold family reunions and small retreats. While we welcome large groups, this is not a 'party' house and our house rules on noise and conduct will be enforced.

COVID-19 Update: Our property manager and housekeeper have completed the CareAcademy certification for their course titled "COVID-19: A Guide for Direct Care Workers". As this pandemic continues we will continue to become more educated to ensure the safety of our team and our guests.

55th Anniversary!
The Nandina Suite was the perfect place for us to celebrate our anniversary. Everything we needed was in the cottage. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the wine you gave us. I highly recommend this spacious cottage for 2!!! KS

Overall a good stay with convenient access to downtown (within walking distance for most people). The washing machine that was advertised is only accessible by walking outside and was initially locked up, which I think should be included in the description.

We loved everything about the Nadina house in the Willows! Such great attention to detail in the decor, every amenity anyone could need, and a location in a quiet, yet convenient neighborhood. We spent a great deal of time in the wonderful sunroom! We highly recommend this getaway!

Great cozy stay
This was a nice and cozy place to stay to celebrate our anniversary. After a long day of walking around town it was nice to soak in the hot tub. Everything was clean and all of our needs were met. Would stay here again.

Was a nice getaway.
We chose this place for the hot tub and sunroom. Both were great. Location was perfect, away from downtown. Close enough we could get coffee in the morning. Found a very good place to eat, Hill and Vine was excellent for dinner.

Romantic Spring break getaway
This house was perfect for our anniversary vacation! The place was very clean, the hot tub was clean and hot when we arrived and there was a bottle of red and white wine waiting for us when we arrived. Also, there was soft guitar music playing when we walked in, such a small thing, but it set the atmosphere of our trip right away. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed the cute cottage just a few blocks from Main Street. We enjoyed the private yard/garden and the hot tub. The house was comfortable and made our weekend so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Holiday get-away
We enjoyed our Christmas holiday in Fredericksburg and this"home away from home" served its purposes. Since I did a lot of our cooking I found the pots/pans/skillet outdated but overall satisfactory. The bed slept great. We enjoyed mornings in the bright sunroom with the morning sun shining in. And the hot tub was a plus. It is an older home in need of some renovations and we aren't used to sleeping near a street with all the car/truck noise, but all in all, it was a nice place for a get-away. The owners were quick to respond to questions and upon request, even made suggestions for places to visit and things to do while in town (there was ZERO to do on Christmas day in this small town, be forewarned)!
