Hardwood floors lead you throughout this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath beauty. Majolica will sleep up to 8 guests comfortably as there are king beds in each bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The galley style kitchen features a large island, farmhouse sink, stove, refrigerator and coffee cabinet for all you coffee connoisseurs. The outside is just as stunning as the inside! A private heated pool, hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit, what more could you want for a relaxing weekend getaway!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great location and wonderfully designed!

Wonderful amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, were thoroughly enjoyed! It's a short 5 min walk to the main street, and there are so many shops to enjoy. We plan to return and will stay here again!

We loved our stay!

This house was GREAT! Great style, decor, amenities, layout. We enjoyed an evening around the firepit. And personally, I loved that the bedroom windows had screens so I could leave the windows open at night. VERY quiet neighborhood - even the dogs barking in the mornings were ok because it just got me up to enjoy having coffee outside. I will definitely come back - perhaps in warmer weather to enjoy the pool.

This was our second time to stay in this location. It is close enough to town to walk. We ate most meals at the house because the kitchen is phenomenal. Most of us wanted to stay in the pool!!! We also enjoyed the outdoor TV!!!

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved this house! It was fully stocked with everything we would need. The bathrooms were adorable! It had a lot of charm and was close to Main Street. The yard is huge with an awesome pool and hot tub. We took my in laws and our three kids and it was perfect!

The pics don’t do this house justice. The added bonus of hotel style amenities such as coffee pods, in the shower shampoos, conditioner, and body gels, the stylish touches throughout the home. Etc etc etc! Highly recommend!

Family Bachelorette weekend

We had a great time at this house. There were 6 ladies celebrating my niece’s engagement! The house was beautiful and well equipped. The pool hit the spot after a day enjoying wineries and shopping!

Just Wonderful!

We had the best trip to Fredricksburg that was made better by this gem of a property. The house is just precious and we all want to remodel our homes to look just like it! The pool and outdoor seating is perfect! Karen, the property manager, was extremely kind and helpful when needed. We are already planning our return trip in 2024!

Perfect for Girlfriends

Great location, property and amenities. You could walk to town (not great sidewalks) and there was plenty of room for all of us (4 adults, 2 babies). Our only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t super hot, even with using the remote and adjusting, we didn’t contact the owners or anything, and it did not impact the incredible stay we had! Such a great home.

Amazing House

This house was exactly as listed. It was charming. You can tell they take good care of this house. It’s about 3 blocks from Main St. The pool was heated when we arrived, which was a nice welcome for the kids to jump in and enjoy the weather. We will definitely come back!

We were so happy with this home to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. The home is gorgeous inside and no detail was spared! From the amazingly comfortable beds and soft sheets, to a fully stocked kitchen with anything you would need. We will definitely be back. The backyard is so beautiful and well maintained. We loved it so much.

Pleasant stay

We spent a few days here during the Christmas break. The home was very welcoming and kept clean. The coffee area had good brand of K cups. The kitchen was equipped with clean useful utensils. We liked spending time outside by the pool and firepit. We had trouble getting the internet to work but it started working after a few hours. Overall, I would recommend this property for a good family getaway.
