Excellent, roomy space for 2 couples
We spent 2 nights here while visiting Fredericksburg -- easy access to the darling town and to all the wineries on 290. Bathrooms were good, great shower, well supplied. Good space to be together in the evening (we enjoyed the games along with our wine and cheese). Having more than 2 couples would be tough unless family to share the extra beds in the bedrooms. Thanks for a good stay.

Easy 15 minute walk to Main Street. Home was clean and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that the two bicycles had flat tires so we were unable to ride them. Overall, stay was perfect and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It's reasonably close to everything. The bedrooms are large. It's got a great back porch. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We did call the number provided to request firewood for the firepit per the instructions and never heard back.

Nice home close to everything!
House was nice and clean and within walking distance of main street. Nothing fancy about the home but it is priced right and served it's purpose especially since it is pet friendly. Only negative was the nest thermostat seemed to keep adjusting up which was a pain when it happened in the middle of the night. All in all we were happy and would stay here again...

Laid-back vacation home
This home comfortably fit our family of five. We liked walking to Pickens Market and NobiliTea from the house. We probably could have walked to Main but chose to drive. However, there is one downside. Most of our crew is allergic to animals so this pet-friendly house was not ideal for us. There are many dog items in the home that we didn’t need but would be nice for someone visiting with a dog. Our favorite part of the home is the Wi-Fi, TV, and living room. They were perfect for family movie nights.

Perfect except for nest thermostat
The house was great. The only problem we had was (I am assuming since it was a nest Vacasa kept changing the thermostat to 67 to heat. I am 61 my husband 65. 67 is not warm enough to keep these older bones warm. We had to keep adjusting it to 72 and 73. We didnt need it steamy just at least 72 until bedtime. Then 67 was okay but preferably 68. We would set it at 68 when we went to bed then it would be lower when we got up. Only complaint I had though. If you can handle it being cool it is absolutely perfect for a great vacation.
