You'll love the views, luxury kitchen, wine fridge, outdoor dining and patio space, and the cozy 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Perfect for friends, families, and loved ones!

This stunning and freshly remodeled home is nestled right on a hilltop overlooking breathtaking canyons and views. It is only located 2 miles from the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. This luxury retreat and oasis sits on 4 beautiful acres and boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have a luxurious and cozy king bed, and 1 has two luxurious and cozy queen beds. You'll love the open concept living, stunning views, exceptional indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a new kitchen with brand new appliances, 75 Inch TV and surround sound system by Polk premium audio, and a pool table, making this home perfect for entertaining and socializing for large groups and families. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine and whiskey glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.

Furthermore, the outdoor space is ideal for gatherings and boasts an 8-seater hot tub, 10-seater dining table, propane gas grill, and 12-seater outdoor firepit area. For those staying longer, a washer and dryer are available. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles privately. We hope your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible; toiletries and other items are available if forgotten.

Girl’s Weekend
We stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t have chosen a better place! The location was great, being less than 5 minutes from town and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be booking again!

Issues with house itself
When we arrived we had issues with the house there was water in one of the rooms and also some stains on the couch from a water leak. Also, there was very little communication regarding the pool and hot tub posted anywhere in the house. The lights kept coming off and on. we had to contact Cozi to correct the issue various times. In addition, the hot tube was very hot not the normal hot I had to call again so they could lower it. Every time you need to turn on and off the light of the hot tube and pool or just turn on the hot tube you have to call them. As I mentioned in the beginning there was a leak in one of the bedrooms and could not use it. every time you stepped on the floor water would come up. The other part of the house was great but the areas that had issues created a problem especially we could not enjoy the pool since a technician had to come out the next day and we were not able to use it while he was trying to fix the issue.

Beautiful view with excellent amenities and tons of space
Really loved staying here. Location and outdoor pool was the main draw. We spent evenings in the pool overlooking the gorgeous sunset. The pool table and games inside kept us busy for tons of family fun time. We also used the kitchen which had all the accoutrements to make our meals at home. We were a short 5 minute drive from the Fredericksburg historic district. We also took advantage of the short 25 min drive to Enchanted Rock for hiking. Thoroughly loved this property and the very responsive management team. Outstanding stay.

Wonderful property
Wonderful house and by far the best pool of any house we’ve rented! 5 stars for the pool! My grandsons loved it! Giving 4 stars because there was only one kitchen towel, not enough dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels etc. I had to purchase all. Also the ceiling fan didn’t work in the family room. Just needs a few upgrades to be an absolutely perfect vacation rental.

Great spot for a family girls trip!
We had a great stay and loved the property. The staff was super responsive, the house was amazing and the 3 generations of women on the trip had a great time. Close enough to town for easy access but secluded enough that we had peace and quiet. We are already planning our next trip!
