Perfect home away from home

Cute house, everything you would need for a stay. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Cold AC. Large yard. We had an automotive event in town, and this was perfect for us guys. The house management left us a dozen fresh eggs, and several snacks. Very good communication, no issues. We would stay there again.

Cozy house for a relaxed stay

My husband, son, and I spent a few days in Fredericksburg and enjoyed our trip. We found the house to be a great place to relax, play board games (some we brought and some in the house), and spend time outside (including playing with some of the outdoor games available and using the hot tub). The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled. A very pleasant stay.

Had a delightful time in this conveniently Located charming cottage close to town. Clean, good layout & comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and large tv when we were at the house... Good beds to fall into after a lot of wine! Just need some hooks for towels & bathing suits ;)

Mother/Daughter Trip

We had such a great time here and the snacks and wine was such a sweet surprise to arrive too. Owner is super sweet. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after the long days of walking. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we felt completely safe in our little home away from home! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Girls Trip

We stayed in this home for our girls trip. It was very nice and exactly what we expected. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, great location and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home had such a relaxing feel to it and the massage chair....whoa. Loved it. Marissa reached out to us during our stay making sure everything was good and if we needed anything. On our arrival there was a selection of K-cups as well as creamer for the Keurig- very much appreciated. She also was so kind and thoughtful to have a basket full of snacks for us to enjoy as well as some fresh eggs in the fridge. We will definitely be staying here again for any future trips to Fredericksburg.

Old Worn House and Furnishings

The house is old and worn. Couch is at least 10 -15 years old and you sink to the bottom. Hot tub and back patio pathetic as I had to move two cinder blocks off the cover to use. The house next door has 1gal jugs all over the place. Lastly the master bed is old and has no support. The host has tried the make the best of what she has but there she needs to update the furnishing.

Nice and quiet

My daughter and I enjoyed the house. It had everything you needed. Loved the eggs and snacks that she had waiting for us. The location of the home was perfect for wanting to go to all the shops and restaurants.

Relaxing weekend away

We booked this location for my friends birthday. We had an enjoyable time. The host was definitely knowledgeable of the surrounding area and contacted me efficiently. She was so sweet and got us farm fresh eggs and a birthday cake for my best friend. We hung out in the hot tub and when we weren’t around town we enjoyed using all of the amenities they have in the house. I will definitely book again when I go back out to Fredericksburg.
