You’ll love the Texas country feel indoors and out. Spend time around the fire-pit while you sip a glass of wine and watch the deer meander about the property and let your inner child out on the swing! The Space:
The bedroom is located downstairs, while the loft, featuring the living area and TV is accessible via an exterior staircase or a steep interior ladder. The bathroom, which includes a garden tub, is also downstairs. A hot plate is available for cooking, and guests can enjoy the outdoor hot tub for relaxation. Newly added: A telescope for stargazing!

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE 3/10/2025: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
