The location was ideal for sightseeing and using public transportation— it is one block from a metro station and 3 from the main railway station which also is where the train from the airport goes. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast one of the best spreads I’ve ever seen. It was a great start to our days. Staff were helpful and courteous. Highly recommended! "

"This was a 2 night stay to enjoy the Copenhagen Christmas markets. The hotel was stunning, the moment you stepped through the door there was a beautiful smell. It was all decorated for Christmas in the lobby. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. So much choice and so nice. Everything tasted fresh and the pastries wow! I had a gorgeous Superior room on the 6th floor with a stunning view. The room was big, clean, had plenty of tea, coffee etc and a bottle of water. I loved it. It is in a great location, easy to walk to anywhere in the city. I will definitely be back. Thankyou NH Collection Copenhagen."

"The hotel is literally minutes away from the train station and metro, making it an excellent choice for people like myself with compromised mobility. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us regarding transport and any other queries. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the dining area pleasant and airy. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room or the ability to borrow one from reception, but otherwise I cannot fault this hotel."
