"Front desk staff were extremely courteous, provided us with a map and some ideas for shopping and dining nearby (though prepare yourself for the price of dining out in Switzerland generally). "Great hotel next to obersee in Arosa. We stayed on an apartment which is spacious and has a long balcony facing the lake or the open ice rink, Mountain View’s either way. Nice bar/dining area and very easy check in/out with very friendly staff. Room wax clean and quiet and ski room accessible by lift to all floors. You can walk to lift to slopes in 5 minutes or so or a bus right outside takes you to other access points to the ski area. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again."

"Three of my friends and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and plentiful, sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing. The bar was great and Stavros our bar tender made the best drinks for us while we enjoyed the piano player every evening before dinner. The entire staff was attentive and remembered our preferences with food and drinks. Beds were comfy in the two bedroom suite we shared. Definitely a great stay for a week of skiing. "

"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. "Thoroughly enjoyed visiting the LEO: it was close to everything, including the train station. And St Gallen has a lot of offer, in terms of food, historically significant attractions, quick access to the Alps, and other amenities. The hotel was near an abundance of excellent dining and bar options. It has a nice contemporary design, and I would definitely visit this hotel again."
