Amazing stay
The property was wonderful! Very close to the town and beautiful views. The bus stop to the lifts were right next to the house making it super easy to ski. I would recommend staying here!

Great WP Stay!
Our family of 6 adults had a great 5-night stay over Christmas break. A lot of room to spread out, comfortable furniture and beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful views from every window and a short, less than 10 minute drive to the base of WP resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Mountain House!
We loved this place. Spacious with all the things we could have needed. It snowed the whole time we were there and was so beautiful - the snowman building pieces and sleds provided were such a fun bonus! Location was perfect and the views were beautiful. Host was very responsive.

The Frasier Retreat was immaculate, comfortable, well-stocked with everything we needed, and a great location. Hiking and snow shoeing out the back door and easy access to Winter Park/Mary Jane. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. We will stay again!

Beautiful place for your family
The condo was perfect for our family! It felt brand new! It has everything you need and more! We enjoyed the fireplace, all the bathrooms and the loft upstairs! The balconies have gorgeous views! The kitchen is very well stocked as well! We would 100% recommend to others!

Lovely home with plenty of space for everyone! Could have used a few more towels, wash rags, and better cooking utensils but we made it work! Beautiful view of the mountains and super easy to find!! Definitely a place that we’d stay at again!!

The unit was new, clean and nice. It was axactly as the listing portrayed. Communication with landlord was quick and easy. Checkout was simple and not a burden. The pkace was very cozy. No complaints. They should be this easy!

Nice condo
Place was nice just had issues with the code when we got there. Also did not see the laundry room that was advertised, unless it was one of the locked doors throughout the condo. I also was told to email 30 minutes before we got there and they would turn the heat on which I did but heat was not turned on(cold night) but no big issue. The place was clean and nice but could use an upgrade on pots and maybe some mixing bowls would be nice.

Great stay at Winter Park
We stayed with another family (4 adults, 4 kids total) and this condo was perfect. There were two rooms with large beds (one king, one queen) for the parents and one room with three double beds for our girls. Our 14 yr old son slept on the pull-out sofa bed in the upstairs TV room. Everyone was comfortable and there were plenty of toilets (4) and showers (3) to keep everyone happy. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies that we needed along with some basic pantry items (salt, pepper, oil, etc) that we forgot. Plenty of storage for ski gear in the garage and boots just inside the door. It was nice to have two living room/ TV areas. The kids hung out together upstairs and the parents were able to cook and socialize downstairs. There is a Lift bus stop just behind the condo. It is supposed to be every 30 minutes but it's not totally reliable. It seemed like reliability was very dependent on the driver of the day. Check the Lift app before you leave the condo.

Thanks so much for the awesome condo, Becky! We met family in Winter Park during this week and couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for the week. Clean, comfortable beds, convenient to all hiking, restaurants, Grand Lake, golfing, live music. We’ll be back!

A sweet retreat
My family recently stayed at this lovely home and found it to be well stocked and clean and very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed both decks in what was a very quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive when there was confusion over the entry code but we received the correct code within a few minutes. Would definitely return!

Great place with lots of room! We had 5 adults and 3 teenagers and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other! Bus stop just around the corner but I wouldn’t walk to Main Street from there.

Loved staying at this clean quiet property in Fraser/Winter Park. The kitchen was so well-stocked, and there was a patio grill we used one night. Very well laid out for our family of 5.

Wonderful Winter Park
We stayed at this townhome for a summer get away. This property was awesome. Great views, especially from the upper level deck. Great place for having coffee and watching the hikers and bikers go by. Property backed to hiking trail. Very peaceful. The townhome had everything we wanted. Lots of room. Two separate living rooms for watching TV or hanging out. Three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and and all we needed to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable. This unit even had an oversized 1 car garage which was great for storing our bikes. Unit was very clean and well maintained (it seemed like it was a very recently built property). We loved the location. It was quiet since in was off the main Highway but it was a short trip (driving or walking) to restaurants and shopping. This townhome is close to the Winter Park Ski Area and just over 30 miles to Grand Lake and the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Enjoyed our stay
We had a good time while staying at the property. It was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen pots, pans, cutlery, etc. were adequate but probably could be updated. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
