The open living room of this cozy Fraser 3 condo with flat screen HDTV, wood burning fireplace, DVD, free Wi-Fi access, private patio with mountain views on the ground floor of the building. Dining area will seat 4 persons extra seating at the kitchen bar. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, black tiled counter tops, and pine wood cabinets. The kitchen also has a small breakfast bar area that overlooks the main dining and living room areas.

Nice location

The apartment is big enough for 4 people but maybe just one bathroom for 4-6 people would be an issue for some as the toilet is in the bathroom. This property is clean and well located, right next to a Safeway supermarket and about 10 minutes from Winterpark resort.

Needs a lot of work

Electrical sockets need replaced, bedding is falling apart, stove in poor condition. Front desk personal couldn't bother to remove headphones when I was trying to report problems.

Quick Stay

We only stayed one night and the condo fit just what we needed. A couple issues, as the living room cable didn't work so we crowded into the main bedroom to watch TV, and the locking mechanism on the main bedroom window didn't work right so you couldn't open the window to get any fresh air. I let the management know of the issues and they seemed responsive, so I figure they probably fixed the issues by now. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend to others.
