"The property is beautiful, many varied gardens to explore/ relax in. Gill and Noel provided many thoughtful touches to elevate the comfort of our stay, including home baking, walnuts from the property, daily cleaning service and even the offer to drive us to a local restaurant. The property is on a lifestyle block that has friendly sheep and great views of the sunrise/sunset from the hill through the gate. We highly recommend this accommodation. "

"We loved our stay at “the Boathouse”! Absolutely stunning area, with snow capped mountain views and super close to a bunch of winery’s and a close drive to Arrowtown. Fireplace was perfect, beautiful gardens and so very peaceful. Wishing we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor bath that we sadly didn’t get to try out. Lovely hosts who were responsive to messages, super helpful and friendly, whilst also allowing privacy for us as we stayed. We wouldn’t hesitate to book in...

"Owner was very welcoming, unit was quiet and clean. Cleaned the heat pump filter as we noticed the heat pump was struggling to warm the unit, luckily it was the same model as we had at home so k ew how to remove and clean and replace the filters, worked perfectly after this was done"

"This place was the perfect place for our holiday down in Cromwell. The location was great for us. The house itself has everything you would need and we enjoyed eating our cooked dinner out on the deck."

"Was great! Very reasonable price for what you get, very nice bathroom, access to a big kitchen and laundry, comfortable cozy room. Would definitely stay here again. Shanla at the front desk was an absolute delight! Very accommodating and helpful and friendly. Made everything very smooth despite us being late for our check in. She is the best! Would gladly stay again if ever passing through cromwelll. Highly recommend!"
