"Spent a fabulous night here while waiting to go on the helicopter the next morning to visit the glacier. Greeted very wamly at reception and our accommodation was huge!! Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Was about a 5 min drive on the edge of town - we went to town to see the kiwis and have dinner. Would stay here again. "

"The room itself was amazing! Beautiful and high end. The bonus of the barrel sauna across from our room was lovely. The big disappointment was the deplorable condition of the hot tub. It is cracked and broken, none of the jets work and was only warm. The hot tub did not meet my expectations at all. It needs to be replaced ASAP. "

"This place is a gem. Clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. Close to the glaciers and trails, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Also has window screens! That’s the first time we’ve seen this in three weeks of travel throughout NZ. Highly recommend this place. "
