Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). Nearest paid public parking is the train station a 15 minute walk away. I was escorted there by the police after I paid the ticket. Hotel parking was apparently full. Also the front desk staff demanded a voucher for my reservation which was nowhere to be found on my Expedia reservation. On the plus side the room was not bad (but no bathtub as shown in the room pictured). Breakfast was good with very good service. I like this place but I am hard pressed to stay there again because of the reception I received from the front desk staff and the location with limited parking. Recommend if you stay there contact the hotel ahead of your stay to inquire about hotel parking and the voucher they are giving for.
