"Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). "We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay "

"Restaurant food and selection needs improvement. Some rooms and public spaces are outdated. Guests with special needs have to conquer some stairs. Luggage can't be rolled in because of stairs at the entrance (should have a ramp)."
