"The marketing information visible on website is not accurate at all. Upon our arrival in Franskraal it became immediately obvious so we spoke to the host and we agreed that there would be no cost to us if we decided to leave. We left within an hour feeling very disappointed"

"Beautiful location and clean and modern. Views of the ocean from the balcony was fantastic. Great service and undercover parking. Two minute walk to central hermanus shops and restaurants."

"Loved the property and the staff. Only issue we had was when it rained hard we could hear it constantly in the room on second floor - beyond what I would say is normal for a hotel. It sounded like there was a tin roof instead of a ceiling. The staff and food was incredible and same with overall rooms. ..."
