"The cabin is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. Towels, bedding, plates, silverware you name it there was plenty of it. There was so much space for our large group of 18 girls and sleeping arrangements were easy with all the rooms and beds. The location was ideal with a private setting yet very close to town. The owners were so kind and easy to work with. If you are looking for a place for a large group to stay look no further!"

"After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor.
