"Staff were uniformly kind and attentive, both to myself and to my son who was traveling with me. They consistently went the extra mile to engage with guests and facilitate any needs we might have. Shane the maintenance tech went so far as to loan me a cordless drill/driver to upgrade my walking stick, and Peter at the front desk was extremely helpful and cordial. A woman in the bar/restaurant (did not catch her name) spoke with me for some time about certain special requirements our sons share, which was useful for us both. The facility is exquisitely clean and well kept, and the (very dang good!) lobby coffee is kept fresh 24/7. I hit the fitness center all three days, and enjoyed that as well. My only pings are that I'd love to see more dumbbells in the fitness center, and the pool was closed during our stay. All in all, an excellent stay at a perfectly managed hotel."

"This was a trip with my Mom, we both felt very safe and comfortable. The room was quiet and we didn’t have any issues from hallway noise or room noise from other guests close to us. I would only suggest some fresh fruit options besides bananas and apples for the breakfast buffet. "
