"The location is excellent and the space is perfect, especially if you have more than 2 people. A few things to be aware of that aren’t in the listing is that it is a 3rd floor walk up with steep, narrow stairs and the two main bedrooms are street facing and it’s loud all night. The back bedroom is quieter but it is off the kitchen with no door and a double bed. "

"I was very comfortable in Dr. C's space. She was very communitive and superbly cordial. The property was well maintained and tidy. I loved the yard. There is a bistro table right outside of the bathroom door that accesses the yard. I felt cozy and at home. It's a great location close to UBS Arena, and I look forward to booking again for other events. The couch was comfortable enough that I didn't feel a need to open it.
