Welcome to the High County mountain cabin in Franklin N.C. Located 10 min. to town at the foothills of the Smokey Mountains .Dillsboro, Sylvia, Bryson City, Cherokee and Helen G.A. all with in 45min. Cabin has lodge décor with 1 Queen bed, full bath, kitchen and Livingroom. Air mattress available . Kids can also camp in the Livingroom with sleeping bags. We provide all house hold items and linens so just bring your bag for a fabulous getaway!

Great little getaway spot. Very clean, easy to get to, and in a great location. About 1.5 hours from Gatlinburg, 10 minutes from down town Franklin, 25 minutes from Highlands, 20 minutes to Dillard, 35 minutes to Rabun. Lots of waterfalls and scenery to explore. The owner’s communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

This cabin is so cozy and welcoming. I really enjoy the quite surroundings. Nice big porch to relax on with picnic table, chairs, and swing. This was our 2nd time here and look forward to our next stay.

This is the second time staying at High Haven. My husband and our two fur babies thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The cabin was clean and a good location near restaurants and grocery stores. The host communicated all of the details. We look forward to many more visits in the future.

Anniversary Get-away
This was our third time at High Country Haven cabins, and as usual we enjoyed our stay very much. It is a cozy and comfortable cabin that is full of rustic charm. It had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The covered porch gives room to spread out and enjoy some fresh air. It is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to downtown Franklin. We will definitely be back.

Cozy little place. The owner had everything that we needed plus all the extras just in case we forgot something. Very quiet area and we were very relaxed.
